A rare Chinese Imari sauceboat with Johanneum mark to the bottom.
C. 1700, Kangxi period (1661-1722).
The oval shaped sauceboat with two spouts and stylised handles in the form of chilong crawling and gazing over the rim. The bottom with an engraved Johanneum mark ‘N=273.+’.
